This was one of the more difficult books
for me to enter into. I had never red it before and found it hard to get past a
lot of the fantastical parts of the book. I did find it captivating as Dr.
Ransom battles the darkest force in the world, temptation. There are a lot of
Biblical ties in the book with eldila as an angel as well as a few others. I
found a lot of truth in temptation being the strongest force known to man. When
I am being tempted, I make excuses and a lot of the times end up doing the
thing that I was being tempted by. It is not until after I give into the
temptation of have been able to resist it that I realize how powerful of a
force it is. It takes over my entire being and changes how I process
information and make rational decsions.
