Blog 1- Narnia 1

The Narnia Series is great for discussion on landscapes, which we did extensively in the class. Through the series, readers are taken to London, the English countryside, wild forests, deserts, bogs, caves, and coastlines. There are few settings C.S. Lewis did not explore when he wrote Narnia. I believe that to Lewis, he did not want Narnia to be like any one place, he wanted it to represent as much of our world as possible. This is why he took in such a diverse landscape.
