S Pl0tz #5 Perelandra

In the beginning of chapter four of Perelandra, Ransom asks to himself, "Were all the things which appeared as mythology on earth scattered through other worlds as realities?" I think this question is one Lewis uses as a theme in this book. As the novel goes on Lewis begins to reference Greek/Roman mythology in regard to Venus and Mars, as the gods of their planets, anthropomorphized and playing very important roles in the end of the story laying witness to the King and Queen's matrimony. Also, Ransom lives in the creation myth found in Genesis. Of course, this time he was called to participate in a new ending.
Its crazy to think of this story Lewis composed as the creation myth of an entirely new planet. Going off this, this book as the first hand account of the hero who is to become the legend of Perelandra. One challenge I think would be fun to attempt would be to create a retelling of the Perelandrian creation myth.  One as it would be told thousands of years after Ransom's first hand account. How would the world look like? How much of the account told in this book translate exactly. Could it even do that? Regardless, I'll be keeping this idea in the back of my mind who knows if I'll ever need it..
